He is Risen!
Please join us this coming Thursday as we celebrate the Resurrection of our Lord and his triumph over death, sin and injustice with our Easter Celebration Chapel. Our prayer is that this will be a time where we as a community embrace a spirit of celebration, joy, and hope as we reflect in various forms of worship upon the work of our Risen Lord. This service will feature worship through dance, song, hymns, scripture reading and an interactive experience with the Word of God speaking into our lives.
This promises to be a powerful time for us as individuals and as a corporate body to reorient ourselves towards the hope of the Christian faith. As we emerge from the period of mourning and sorrow that comes with Lent, Good Friday and the Saturday in between, may we come forth into the worship space experiencing the new life Christ offers us. Please prepare your hearts to be challenged to new expressions of joy and hope as we engage in the great celebration Christ’s Resurrection invites us into.
As always, there will be a community lunch after the chapel service!
