Rev. Ramelia combines theology, social justice, contemplative spirituality, inner healing and racial reconciliation in her approach to pastoral care. She has lived this out in her work as a denomination administrator, church planter, pastor, Chaplain, Spiritual Director and Seminary adjunct professor. She currently serves as the Director of Ministry Initiatives for the Love Mercy Do Justice mission priority of the Covenant Church denomination.
