Chapel Corner…February 7th

We are now back on schedule! After the Midwinter break and the Polar Vortex, we are eager to be with you all again and gather together in a regular rhythm of worship as a seminary family. We will be joined this Thursday by Terence Zaire Gadsden who will be sharing a message from Matthew 22:34-40 entitled The Greatest Thing We Can Do.

Terence Zaire Gadsden a.k.a. DJ Rock On serves on the staff at North Park University as the Urban Outreach Coordinator & Athletic Chaplin.  A native of Tinton Falls, New Jersey, Terence has spent most of his career in the mid-west working in student development as an educator, coach, pastor, mentor, and DJ. For twelve years he served on the pastoral staff at Lawndale Christian Community Church on the west side of Chicago. During his time at Lawndale, Terence helped mobilized and trained hundreds of students- leaders to deepen their faith in Christ, and to become more politically and socially active in their communities. In addition to his experience working with students, Terence holds a B.A. in biblical studies from Milligan College in Tennessee and a Masters of Divinity from Northern Theological Seminary in Lombard, IL. He and his wife Angela Sangha have been married for twelve years and they have two daughters Zion and Shanthi. Currently Terence and his family live in Evanston, IL.
