We hope you will join us as we worship together this coming Thursday. It is a great opportunity to gather after Reading Week. We will be blessed to hear the Word from our very own Michael Walker, our theology teaching fellow, here at the seminary. He will be sharing with us a sermon entitled The Gravity of God’s Call. It promises to be a time that both challenges and encourages us as a community of individuals called to ministry. Our scriptures for this week will be Jeremiah 1:4-11 and Luke 4:21-30 if you would like to prepare by reading beforehand. Please come with hearts expectant to receive the Word.
Following Chapel, please join us for a community lunch hosted by Women in Ministry in Olsson Lounge and then a progressive dessert crawl. Visit each of the offices of our women faculty and staff for a different dessert treat (12:40-1:15).
