Chapel Corner…May 2nd

Please join us this Thursday, May 3rd for Chapel at 11:00am

It’s hard to believe, but our service this week will actually be our last service of the year. This provides a great opportunity for us to gather as a seminary family one last time to partake in worship together before we go our separate ways over the summer. This will also be a time to say farewell to those within our community who are graduating and will no longer be physically present with us for these times of worship. If you do not normally attend chapel, this may be a great time to come in order to simply be in community. We would also ask that any who are graduating try and be present so that others have the opportunity to say their goodbyes and offer encouragement.

The service is being coordinated and led by our Intercultural Spirituality Class, which traditionally leads our final chapel service of the year. This is a wonderful way to close out the year in worship by lifting up prayer and praise in many tongues and reflecting back to God the diversity that was created in the beginning. The service will be structured around reflections upon the Lord’s Prayer in several languages. Please join us for an experience that is sure to bless you during the busy closing weeks of the school year.

As always, please join us afterward for a community lunch. During this lunch time we will also be presenting the graduating student awards, recognizing the achievements of some of our students finishing their studies.
