Please join us this Thursday, November 1st for Chapel at 11:00am
Chapel this week will be planned and led by the Pentecostal History Class. This will be a time that, for some of us, will be a new worship experience. If this is a true for you, we invite you to come prayerfully with an open heart to experience God from a tradition outside of your own, allowing the Spirit to illuminate a new way of seeing and experiencing God. For some of us this will be a service that speaks to and represents our own faith tradition. If so we hope that this will be a time of being comforted by the familiar Spirit who speaks to us all from our own contexts. We will be joined by Pastor Tory Bryant who will be bringing the Word to us from scripture.
We also recognize that this Thursday is All Saints Day. Please come to worship, prayerfully considering the lives of all of those who have gone before us in the faith and how we may best imitate them as they imitated Christ. We also encourage you to joyously join in worship as we celebrate the work of God with all saints here and around the world of all traditions and cultures.
As always lunch will be held afterward in Magnuson.
