Join us for chapel this Thursday, October 5th, at 11 am.
This week we will be joined by Rev. Tim Ciccone as he leads us into the worship and God’s Word. We will be learning from Revelation 2:2-7 and Tim’s sermon is titled Avoiding Jesus Drift.
Aligning our lives with Christ is essential to our faith journey – both personally and corporately. I am excited to join the seminary community and open God’s word together as we seek to journey with Jesus.

Tim is currently serving as the Director of Youth Ministry for the Evangelical Covenant Church as well as the Interim Director of the Center for Youth Ministry Studies here at NPU. Tim is an alumni and friend of our seminary and we are looking forward to having him join and lead our community this week.
Looking Ahead…
Next week is our first worship service that is a part of our new and exciting series “Worship Across…” funded by a Vital Worship Grant through the Calvin Institute of Christian Worship. Our first chapel in this this series will be “Worship Across Ability” and our guest preacher will be Barbara Newman or Christian Learning Centers of Grand Rapids. More details here.
We are eager to get this chapel series started which will explore the various divides that plague the church today in planning, leading, and implementing worship. Over the course of the year there will be six different practitioners joining us.
