Job Opportunity at North Park: Crux Formation Coordinator

The Crux Formation Coordinator (FC) works in collaboration with the Crux Director
to create an environment where Crux students thrive through holistic discipleship and spiritual
formation. FC’s work on two fronts: first, on the active front, FC’s organize and facilitate practical
opportunities for students to learn academically, serve across the year, and journey throughout Chicago
as a community of discipleship. Second, on the contemplative front, FC’s lead Crux students to process the movement of God both individually and collectively, weaving practical experiences into spiritual
breakthroughs while guiding students as they follow Jesus in community together. FC’s work directly
with Crux students, building meaningful relationships so that each student is supported as they undergo
