Please join us this week for chapel Thursday Sept. 9 at 5 pm CST (in person or via ZOOM) as we reflect on the journey of God’s people in the scriptures and our own as well. From Abraham to the Exodus to Jesus’ call to discipleship, we will follow the narrative through text and song and other sacred readings as we begin our journey together in this new academic year. This service has been designed by Dave Bjorlin to help us begin our journey together this year in worship and prayer.
As we gather together for prayer, song and story may we together grow in our experience of God’s love and faithfulness, so with the Psalmist we can proclaim:
I will sing of the Lord’s great love forever;
with my mouth I will make your faithfulness known
through all generations.
2 I will declare that your love stands firm forever,
that you have established your faithfulness in heaven itself.
