Join us this week for chapel as we are led into worship by Dean Kersten and rededicate our newly renovated chapel. Isaacson Chapel was first dedicated in May of 1983 in loving memory of John O. Isaacson, a strong supporter of the ministries of the Evangelical Covenant Church. Renovated this summer, our chapel has new technology and an aesthetic face-lift with our new paraments for ordinary time and our reinstated artwork from retired NPU professor Neale Murray. Neale has sculpture art that can be found across our campus in Brandel library and in Anderson Chapel. He will be joining us as a special guest for the rededication.
Our preacher for this week is our Seminary Dean, Rev. Dr. Dave Kersten , who is starting his 6th year as Dean of the Seminary. Ordained to Word and Sacrament in the ECC, he has both his MDiv and DMin in Preaching from North Park Theological Seminary.
